Abstract

संख्याओं की समझ बनाने के लिए गणितमािा (चर्त्र-1) एक प्रबल युक्ति (manipulative) है। भारत में इसकी शुरुआत जोडो ज्ञान संस्था ने की थी। बाद में प्राथमिक गणित शिक्षण के क्षेत्र मे कार्य कर रही कई संस्थाओं नेइसेअपनाया। 100 मनकों को धागेमें पपरोकर इसे आसानी-से बनाया जा सकता है।
