Abstract
Pairs of prime numbers that differ by 2 are referred to as twin prime pairs or simply twin primes. Examples of twin prime pairs are {3, 5} , {5, 7}, {11, 13}, {17, 19}, {29, 31}, {41, 43}, {59, 61} and {71, 73}. It is conjectured that there are infinitely many twin prime pairs. This is known as the Twin Prime Conjecture.
