Children diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and autism spectrum disorder (ASD) often have impaired working memory (WM) systems. Experimental studies further affirm that such deficits form the basis for the disorder's primary and secondary symptoms. Even though interventions such as pharmacotherapy, behavioral and cognitive therapies are majorly used for such disorders, they often have limitations. In this study, we explored the role of alpha-and-beta visual entrainment on children’s working memory performances.
