Abstract
Political structure and processes go hand in hand as they are part of a governance system.Governance structure refers to the framework of decision and policy making and setting up management, especially regarding rules, procedures, roles, and the division of responsibilities within the whole decision-making process. Thus, governance is about decision-making about the life of an individual and community. This kind of governance gives a community the power to decide. The power source may be through cultural traditions of a community or through legal means of an institution as the community begins to be an integral part of a state entity, or a political institution.
