Abstract
ಇದು ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚದ ವಿಚಾರವಲ್ಲ. ಅಥವಾ ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚದ ವಿಚಾರ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ. ಆಳುವ ಸರ್ಕಾರಗಳು ಮಾಡುವ ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚಕ್ಕೆ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಒಂದು ಪರಂಪರೆಯೇ ಇದೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ವಿಧಾನಸೌಧ ಎಂಬ ಕಟ್ಟಡಕ್ಕೆ 60 ತುಂಬಿರುವುದು ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಎಷ್ಟು ಕೋಟಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ದುಂದುವೆಚ್ಚ, ಎಷ್ಟು ಕೋಟಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಖರ್ಚು ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಸಮರ್ಪಕ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಎನ್ನುವುದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇವಲ ಚರ್ಚೆಯ ವಿಚಾರ.
