Abstract

ಭಾರತದ ಪ್ರಜಾತಂತ್ರ ಬಹುಪಾಲು ನಿಂತಿರುವುದು ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ. ಇದು ಇಂದಿನ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಹೌದು. ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಹೌದು. ಊಹಿಸಬಹುದಾದಷ್ಟು ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಸತ್ಯವೂ ಹೌದು. ಸುಳ್ಳುಗಳು ಈ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಹಜ, ಸ್ವಾಭಾವಿಕ. ಸತ್ಯ ಅಲ್ಲೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇಲ್ಲೊಮ್ಮೆ ಕಾಣಿಸಿಕೊಂಡರೂ ಅದು ಅಸಹಜ ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಅಪವಾದ ಎನ್ನುವಂತಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಲ್ಲೊಂದು ವಿಚಿತ್ರವಿದೆ.
