Abstract

The CD block of Mengio, the domain of Mengio Anchal Samiti (MAS), lies in the hilly part of the Papum Pare district of Arunachal Pradesh. The other parts of the district consist of foothills. Administratively Mengio comes under the Sagalee sub-division. The CD block occupies a geographical area of 602 sq. km which is about one-fifth of the district of Papum Pare (2875 sq.)
