Abstract

Public libraries are regarded as a people’s university. Public libraries are offering the free services to every citizen of the country. Most of the citizens are using public libraries for their lifelong learning as most of the time they do not have access to academic libraries, after their graduation. Our survey shows most of the city central library users are interested in the lifelong learning through public libraries, they are utilizing library resources every day to keep update themselves.
